Kyle Haddow

ADVISOR
Kyle Haddow is an active participant and investor in the Canadian market where he assists companies with capital markets requirements including advisory services and M&A. He also currently serves as Director for FTC Cards Inc. and Wangton Capital Corp, as well as being CFO of Monarch West Ventures Inc, a capital pool company to be listed on the TSX-V. Mr. Haddow also operated as an independent consultant and investor in the Canadian market after his time in merchant banking, where he worked with companies in a variety of industries and played an integral role in the management and coordination of multiple financing rounds for public and private portfolio companies. He also worked with portfolio companies on their go-public strategies and subsequent listings and was responsible for M&A due diligence on numerous prospective and closed transactions. Max Pinsky

Max Pinsky is a lawyer with over 20 years of practice experience, mainly in the corporate and securities areas. He has a B.Sc. (Special) degree and an LL.B. degree from the University of Alberta. Mr. Pinsky is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia. He has considerable experience in assisting companies in all stages of planning and corporate development. Mr. Pinsky has been a principal in several successful transactions in various businesses, including environmental engineering, oil and gas, technology and real estate.

John Yu

P.ENG. CHIEF ENGINEER (ENERGY)
Mr. Yu is a professional Petroleum Engineer with over 35 years of experience in Domestic and International Oil and Gas. Since 1981, he has been a Petroleum Engineering Consultant and President of Petrotech Engineering Ltd. of Burnaby, BC. Petrotech performs independent engineering and economic evaluation of domestic and international, onshore and offshore oil and gas properties and related production and processing facilities including geological and reservoir studies, drilling including horizontal wells, completion, production, stimulation prognosis of oil and gas wells, wellhead and waterflood injection facilities, gas processing plants, compressor and pump stations and pipeline systems. Some of the evaluations are being used by public companies for filing of statement of material facts and prospectuses to the Provincial Securities Commissions, Stock Exchanges, the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, and banking institutions.

Daryl S. Fridhandler
